HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will mail you a free package to send the product back to us in.
We want you to be satisfied with your Shower Curtain Emporium purchases. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return at no cost to you, provided it:
Is in new condition
Hasn’t been washed, used, or altered
Is accompanied by the original invoice
Is returned according to the schedule below

ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN
It could take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
PURCHASES WITH CREDIT CARDS
Any credit will be refunded to back the original form of payment.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Pending order verification and credit approval, new orders should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be shown in your order confirmation email.
Your tracking link will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking link to get the latest package status. Clicking on the tracking link takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).
